Our Values

We are not a nanny store where you shop for caregivers online like groceries. We take pride in getting to know our nannies and client’s needs and match them accordingly to ensure a satisfied placement.

Our training and certification program by the Nanny Training Institute provides caregivers worldwide with the opportunity to excel professionally. To prevent burn-out, feelings of isolation and loneliness, and provide play-dates for kids and nannies to enjoy, we provide caregivers with an outlet for socialization through our non-profit Professional Nanny Association.

We conduct background checks on our candidates that include criminal, motor vehicle, social security verification, E-Verify, and references. We offer drug testing and private investigations for additional and extensive background screenings.
