I wanted to take a moment and thank you for your company's
assistance in our family's search for a Nanny. Having never
used a Nanny service before, I was concerned about the length
of the search and whether the services would justify the fee.
What a pleasant surprise! Within an hour of receiving our
family profile, I was contacted. CRI was so caring and truly
concerned about the smallest details regarding our needs and
desires for our children. My husband and I had just terminated
the Nanny we had hired through an advertisement in the paper.
We were upset about that situation, scared that we were not
going to be able to find another caregiver quickly enough an d
generally exhausted from the whole experience.
CRI could have not been more understanding. You became a
